YDP Rep Candidate, Macjob kicks Off Campaign, Seek People's Support

Ahead of 2019 general elections, a candidate for House of Representatives from Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, Ogun State, Otunba Gbolahan Macjob on Monday urged the people of Abeokuta South to resist the temptation of cash for votes.

Macjob, who is contesting under Young Democratic Party, (YDP) noted that, it is high time people with genuine desire to serve come into politics to right the wrongs of the past at all level of governance.

Macjob, a producer for BBC world service in the United Kingdom in a statement made available to Koikimedia said, we must not allow  political jobbers to buy our destiny in their evil bid to keep us in penury.

His words "We need a real change and we must break the chain of oppression and abuse, which is why together we can achieve this by making sure we don’t give our votes to the same people who are part of this rot or their trainees hiding under other parties with similar unscrupulous agenda.

He therefore, urged the people of Abeokuta South to support him for good governance, promising to do right by the people and to bring real change to Abeokuta.
